School Policies

Rules and Regulations

If Claremore schools are out for snow or ice, the studio will be closed.
We reserve the right to dismiss any problem student.
Please do not send a sick child to class, zoom links available.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before class
Be prompt in arriving and picking up your child.
Students should wait in reception area until class begins or ride arrives.
We are not responsible for students outside of dance building.
No food allowed in main dance room. Spill-proof containers of water ONLY may be used by students.
Parking on Missouri Ave. You may drop off and pick up by turning into the alley off Missouri Avenue and then turning right, behind the building, coming out on 4th Street.
DO NOT PARK IN LAW OFFICE PARKING LOT IN THE BACK OF BUILDING
Dress Rehearsal attendance is required.
Class leotard is purchased through the dance school
Students wear dance clothes for class and use cover-ups and street shoes to enter and exit the building.
Dancers need hair pulled up and out of face in a ponytail, buns or braids.
Students not dressed properly, or without shoes, will observe class.
Costumes will be ordered in December/January and paid for at that time. No refunds of costume payments after order has been placed.
We reserve the right to remove a student from recital dances who is excessively absent from class leading up to the recital date.
